House Of Fashion Event- Leeds

House of Fashion Leeds Event 7th February

Last Friday I was lucky enough to be invited to the House Of Fashion event in Leeds. The event sponsored by House Of Fraser took place at the Baracoa Luxe Bar and was held to raise money and awareness for a very important charity, The Children’s Heart Unit and showcased the SS14 collection from House Of Fraser.

The event featured a live makeup demonstration from Bobbi Brown and the latest fashion from Lush Apparel, AKA and Lisa Jayne Dann. The models were absolutely stunning and amazing and I just about fell in love with every item that went down the runway. I think my favourite collection has to be Lush Apparel, I love the sports wear look. There were a few intervals, a raffle and an auction before the models took to the runway one last time. They performed a cheeky show at the end that left little to the imagination and set quite a few hearts racing. (See pic below)

Photo(2)The atmosphere was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I got to meet so many other bloggers, all of whom were lovely, the most memorable being, Georgina Grogan, Sharon@StarGazeyEyes, Nicol, Michelle@satchelsandpearls . Sorry if I missed anyone out, I did say that I wouldn’t be able to remember everyone 🙂

Here are a few snaps I took using my IPhone. Unfortunately the lighting was very poor and I can only apologize for not doing the collections and models justice. I think everyone was in the same boat and I know that those around me quickly switched to their phones as their cameras were struggling to focus due to the fast pace show and strobe lighting. To get a better look at the clothes and shop the SS14 Collection, why not click you way over to House Of Fraser now 🙂

I hope you enjoy!

This model was amazing and I had serious hair envy. I think this was one of the best shots I took.
This model was so edgy and had the most amazing cheek bones. Her face was made for makeup.

It was a great night and I just want to say Thank you to Jenny for inviting me.
