Banana & Peanut butter smoothie


I am really into smoothies after buying a Nutri Ninja Pro at the start of the year and what I like most about it is trying different things. Sometimes it goes horribly wrong, but most of the time I end up with a delicious smoothie. This Banana & Peanut butter smoothie is my new favourite and I thought I would share the deliciousness.

All you need is a blender and :

1 Banana

3 Ice cubes

200 ml Almond milk

1/2 tablespoon Peanut butter

The above recipe is for just one serving, to make more just double up on the ingredients.  As you know I am following the Weight Watchers plan and I pointed this recipe as 4 pp per serving. 3 of those points belong to the peanut butter and for the points value I think it is worth it.

  • I think as soon as I get my smoothie maker I am going to try this. I need to weigh up which one to get, I just can’t justify spending £70-£100 on a NutriBullet, I’ve seen a good Breville one, but I’m not 100% sure on it yet!

    • Hey, I started out with a cheap one, but I quickly realised that a good machine makes all the difference. I got my for £60 from costco.
      Still working on the layout, but I love it x
