30 Day Challenge: Breakfast


What is the 30 Day Challenge?

I got this idea from my boyfriend and he picked it up from who knows where. To sum it up it is a challenge you can set yourself, to make a positive change to your life over a 30 day period and by the end of that 30 days it will no longer be a challenge and just be a part of your everyday life.

You chose what?

For my first challenge I decided to pick ‘eat breakfast’. I quite often find myself skipping breakfast, which results in my stomach making embarrassing noises, making the wrong food choices to solve that hunger and eating more than I should on my lunch. We all do it from time to time, but I find myself skipping more than I do eating.

So starting my challenge now, I plan on eating breakfast everyday, for the next 30 days. Check back in 30 days to see how I got on.
