Just wanted to take the time to wish everyone a Happy New Year. 2014 has been an interesting year for me and I can’t wait to see what 2015 brings. We are at that time of year where we start thinking about our New Year’s resolutions and what we want to achieve in the coming year. I don’t usually like to make resolutions, so I will stick with my plans to get healthier and fitter in 2015. I started mid 2014 by joining the gym and changing my eating habits, but I have to admit it’s been a struggle to maintain in December (all the food ). I can’t wait to get back into the swing of things.
So here’s to 2015!
